Informative podcast and interview with Ben Stevens, author of The Birth of a Building: From Conception to Delivery (link opens in new tab) which is an excellent overview of a development life cycle. Ben does drill down into some specific development categories in the book however on the podcast interview he delves specifically into tax credit development.
